- Connect to the app KeepTrack app
- Go to "My meetings" section
- Click on "Availabilities"
- Set your slots for meetings and save
- Connect to the app
- Go to the section My meetings
- You will see all the meeting requests displayed
- Reply to accept or decline the invitation
- Go to meeting replies section (see previous paragraph)
- Edit the invitation (click on Meeting details )
- Select the person and confirm
- Connect to the app
- Go to the Networking section
- Research people by name or through our filters
- Select the profile you are interested in
- Book a meeting
- Select a slot
- Write the reason for the meeting (optional)
- Choose a location to meet (optional)
- Click on "Scan" in the App home page
- Scan the qr code on the badge of the person you spoke with. They will be added to your contacts.
- Go in the "Contacts" section
- Click on the person profile
- Click on "Qualify"
- Fill the information
All your leads (people you met, people who came to your sessions etc...) will be available in a csv file.
An email will be sent to you at the end of the event with this file attached, and/or you will be able to download it from your personal space.
