• What kind of mic will you have?

• You'll have a bar stool to sit on.

• As Kurt Cobain would sing, Come as you are! Sneakers are as welcome as ties.
• When should you go to your Stage?
• 15 minutes before the start of your talk.
• Don't know where your stage is? Meet the B2B Rocks team at Check-In 
• How can you locate the Stage you'll be speaking on?
• The venue map is available in the app.

Slides - Clicker - Animations - Replays

• If you plan on having slides,  please use this template  - to duplicate and return them in Google Slides, to  maelys.desantis@appvizer.com  by Sept. 19^th.
• For technical reasons, we can't guarantee the implementation of your slides after this date.
• You will have a clicker at your disposal to go through slides.
• Animations in slides are possible, but limit them as much as possible.
• Talks will be recorded on all stages except in the Boardroom Frenchtech.
• Replays will be available — edited — one week after the event min. (date TBC)
• Can you do a dry run the day before?
• No, the venue is being used by Station F for other events the days before B2B Rocks. However, you can come at 8:30 am before the doors open at 9 am.
