Your booth will have:
- Wifi
- One electrical outlet
- Your logo and baseline/value proposition displayed
- All the material according to your Booth level
All this Entrance Badges will be delivered at check-in on September 25 & 26.
FAQ
- Can we bring brochures or goodies?
- Yes, and they can be stored on the desk available at each booth.
- SWAG Delivery
- Can we bring a screen
- Yes, feel free to bring your own laptop. No Big screen allowed.
- Can you bring a kakemono?
- Yes, if their dimensions respect your dedicated space
- Can we Sponsor Coffee or something else?
- Yes, food and drinks will only be available at catering areas.
- Can we store items at the stand?
- Yes, for booths with lockable counter (one key per desk).
- Is it necessary to dismantle our booth on the evening of Day 1 and set it up again on Day 2?
- No, it is not mandatory. You may store items in your booth’s counter if you wish. The venue is monitored overnight. However, we recommend taking valuable items, such as computers, with you at the end of the day, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss.
Booth Design
- The current mockups illustrate the customizable surfaces on the booths: black surfaces with B2B Rocks branding
- Furniture for each booth depends on the level (see below)

Diamond stands are fully customizable, we suggest these 2 options, and you can choose the furniture you need.
For curved frames, printing is only done on a dibond panel. If you choose this option and want to customize the stand in fabric material or PVC, there may be a slight color difference compared with dibond.
